Do not bring your pet to be groomed by these people! We brought our dog there this week and she came back with a nasty cut on her neck from what I'm guessing was the clippers. We werent trying to have them take care of some random wound not related to them. We cleaned it out ourselves but it hasn't gotten better. It took them 5 days to get a supervisor for us to bring the dog to see. They quickly said it wasn't them. I have pictures that have the date on it. I also didn't bring her to a vet so it's not like I was looking for money. I basically just wanted an apology,but that was nothing close to what I got. If it still looks this bad tomorrow I am going to bring her to the vet and will have to sue or something ridiculous like that. This was a shockingly horrible experience.
